I am sort of thinking that the Zandalari Moonkin Form is like a Protobird form of the regular Moonkin we are familiar with. Like, a Moonkin at an earlier stage of evolution. While Druids by default have different cosmetic variations in shapeshift forms based on race, some forms can be further customized by the player through glyphs such as Glyph of the Ursol Chameleon , Glyph of ... Actually if you get those appearances on another Druid they unlock for all your Druids so Zandalari isn’t locked out of it. My Tauren Druid unlocked the hidden ones, but it is not available for my Zandalari Troll Druid or my Worgen Druid. Never could get any of the Mage Tower forms, though.

Now I'm seriously considering not doing either.
Since those are going away in Battle for Azeroth, these new Druid forms could spell race-specific forms for all the current Druid races in the game. Their forms look great and upright trolls open up new mog opportunities. Think about it, less belt clipping. mmmm. I like worgens but that’s mainly because I really wish humans could be druids so it’s the closest I can get. But Tauren druids have my favorite forms, zandalari have great skeletons plus Dino’s, night elf has amazing fantasy to the class, and Kul tiran have a unique spin on it while also being big fat human that fits a guardian Druid fantasy to me.
